CANCELLATION POLICY
â In case of cancellation, we guarantee a 100% refund. with a prior notice between 10 and 4 days before the tour.
â In case of prior notice from 72h to 48h, there will be a partial refund of 50% of the value.
â Cancellations with less than 48 hours prior to the tour, there will be no refund of the value.
â We are not responsible for the services of third parties or not indicated by our agency.
